While he's dominated the division with his brother there's been no room for any other HW to make a name for themselves to get into the Hall of Fame or be considered as an ATG. Maybe once he retires some other boxers who he's already beat can go on to do well and then be considered an all time great but other than that very unlikely possibility there's no chance. It's not really his fault though and it shouldn't be held against him, it's just because of the dominance he's had it makes an average HW division looks like a poor HW division.

Byrd and Haye may both make it. The standard is pretty low these days. He could beat an up and comer who becomes a solid fighter but none of the guys he is fighting these days will be lucky to be remembered outside of their family

I don't know which criteria do you use to rate his "best win", but his biggest victories were Povetkin and David Haye. Byrd is maybe third together with Chagaev in my opinion.

"Hall Of Fame", being an American thing, doesn't have too much focus out of the United States, therefore I'm not sure how credible it would be if we talked about it as some measure of quality. Also, when there is a champion who is dominant for a very long time, it is highly unlikely that the other boxers will be inducted into "HOF", because they have no space to shine, no matter how good they are. Like someone has already mentioned, the only way would be if some boxer who is already defeated by Wladimir, goes and dominates the division after Wladimir retires.

As for "ATG", it's a relative term which is subjective and pretty much has a different meaning to each individual, so it's up to you who you consider an "all time great" or if you even have that concept of rating boxers.

The only one I can think of is Wimpy Halstead. They called him Wimpy but he was anything but.

Vlad will just keep winning his mandatories and keep cleaning out the heavyweight division.............

Klitschko haters claim that Vlad is the worst heavyweight living today, but how do they explain Vlad winning the gold medal, super heavyweight division, and beating all the other champions, WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, etc., he will fight for the WBC as well..................

Leapai won the right to fight for the title by beating Boytsov. Wilder got ranked #3 WBC by doing nothing................

When Lewis beat Vitali, how many thought Lewis beat a legit future champion, Ring #1 HW and future HOF? We won't know until many years after Wlad retires what his opposition was really worth.

Let's not forget Sweet Paea Wolfgramm, who was on his way to ATG status until Wlad derailed him.
