Nigel Benn became a cute defensive counter-puncher from wild offensive brawler.

Bummy, if you want this thread to stay where it is, change the title to "can you teach an old dog new tricks." It'll get moved otherwise.

He threw a few nice uppercuts against Peter in the rematch, I think Leapai is the perfect opponent for him to practice the punch on.

Nothing new on Wlad using uppercuts. He just didn't trow any in his fights for a while.

Vlad throwing an uppercut would be some funny shet.
Even his brother wasn't able to master this punch.

He should realize how limited his skills are and stick to the basic jab, jab, hug.

He said after the Povetkin fights that he wanted to throw more uppercuts. Apparently he is putting it into practice.

Except the weakest one in the sport's history.

Everyone knows that the HW division has been dead for over 10 years and this is why bums like Chisora, Fury, Wilder, and Vlad can exist.

You're trolling like usual, but I'll chip in nonetheless.

Here's the thing: Wlad's been a top fighter long enough that he doesn't just comprise 1 era.

He was a top contender near the end of Lennox's reign, emerged as the best of the post-Lennox heavyweights after his yearlong slump from 03-04, and has eliminated the best of the contenders since then.

He's on his second generation of contenders now.

Wlad's been ranked in the Ring top 10 year end ratings 13 of the last 14 years, 10 of them as the #1 contender or champion.

Saying it's all the same era is like saying the mid 60's heavyweight scene Ali came up in was the same as the late 70's one that was essentially the end of his career at the top.

If Vald starts throwing an uppercut, we'd have to give it an unique name, like Bumbacut.

Weakest is sports history? What brainless sucker like you know about history?I guess him winning olympic gold makes those olympics weakest in history and povetkin another weakest gold medalist, anyway moron like you should just keep your stinky afrofagish mouth shut, because YKSAB and you're typical afro murican racist. Wlad top 10 ATG hw.
