I always think 10 lbs of rehydration at most is healthy. Anything more and you're either killing yourself to make weight which isnt good for the body in the long run or becoming too sluggish at the heavier weight when you step into the ring. That **** really effects your stamina.

 

If Konecny wants to trade then this fight might be over sooner than ever
