When you base your draw power off of Top Prank and European hypejobs, of course you're going to slide off to 2nd place. Showtime was winning the minute they signed Floyd.

HBO has Loki (Arum) while Showtime has a Hulk (Haymon).

Then I'm very happy you have a very profitable job, but what does that have to so with boxing?

And what has HBO provided? Absolutely nothing.

Showtime has all the big names, and the great matches will come. You can't expect every boxing match to be a classic.

SHO KTFO HBO. Not even close. HBO isn't even trying any more, they figured out they can just throw Game of Thrones (and some titties) at folks once a week and not waste all that money on boxing.

Boxing season starts May 31st and HBO has that fight
Hell, I'm looking forward to Lebedev v Jones rematch than any fight on either network until the end of next month.
One of the best fights last year and both networks missed out then and they're both missing out now.

HBO blows Showtime away with ease. While Sho continues to throw money into the wind with mismatches,HBO continue to have the highest ratings and will continue to do so,simply based on paid subscribers.
If not for CBS continually giving Showtime money to support their boxing programming,Sho would not survive.Sho are fighting a losing battle, period.

Are you basing this off of the ratings or money?

    We're talking about boxing

I always thought they were neck n' neck...but the additions of Malignaggi and Brian Kenney blows HBO out of the water. Then with Bernstein and Farhood for the Showbox coverage, along with better fights and more fights....HBO stock is going down if it hasn't already fallen.
