Damm Kell Brook is Toast

Porter is a rough house fighter as well, inside game is good and he is kind of an old school brawler. Cant see Brook handling this well

It will be interesting how Eddie spins this if Kell doesn't take his manditory shot at Porter.

 

Not a massive puncher, but does have decent pop... throws the right hand straight down the pipe too.

Those punches will have to be as straight as an arrow against Porter.

 

Brook would struggle big time imo. Porter should be next to fight Mayweather.

 

not very supportive of brook are we, although porter looks beastly hed get schooled by mayweather, and ****sake if brook wants to be a big player at ww he needs to beat porter.

 

Porter has back to back wins over Alexander and Malignaggi and people are downplaying Porter and saying they are not impressed, whilst at the same time bigging up Kell Brook, a fighter who has been pro for 10 years, fought numerous "final" eliminators, constantly talks the talk, yet hasn't fought a single World class opponent.

 

I'm a big brook fan and have been to a few of his fights in sheffield but I just can't see him beating porter unfortunately. If Carson Jones can get inside and bust him up god knows what Porter will do to him.

 

Proved he's got a decent chin in the first Jones fight.

 

Brook was hurt for a couple of seconds against senchenko, that was it. Jones was a decent puncher & Brook took that. Brook v Porter is a good match-up, with Porter starting as favourite, due to mixing in better class & fighting in America. Its more than time for Brook to be thrown in at the deep end.

 

Losing to a blown up LW and getting a gift decision against Cano is the best form of his career?

As much as I like Malignaggi, its a joke how hes managed to get title shot after title shot. Theres about 20 guys at 140-147 I would pick to beat him, people are getting seriously carried away with this win.

Brook/Porter would be an excellent pick-em bout. Both clearly have talent, both have shown weaknesses but both are currently in very good form.

If it is over here, Brook's is slight favourite, if it happens in the States, Porter should have the edge.

 

I wathched the diaz fight and porter looked average at best. But being a champ can raise a fighters game and i think it has with porter. But neither alexander or paulie can punch atall, brook need to land some bombs early on to get porters respect. Brook has his chance he needs to take it
