14 day cut off? Why the **** could he not just say "random testing? cool"

Agreeing to 14 day cut of is not agreeing to random testing.

Because the case was already made two years ago, and has been discussed in every single aspect countless times.

Peoples are now tired of it, and still disappointed from the robbery. That's why the "rematch" wasn't really bigger than the first one.

If Pac won, he already won it two years ago.

If he lost, it would have been another robbery.

Very little chances of a ko or even a kd from both parts.

Also Tim had a draw or even a loss against Provodnikov.

It was big. Pac won easily vs. the #3 P4P. It was quite impressive actually.

Because now *****s can't use the "Pac has never fought a young and hungry lion that's coming off a big win" excuse to give FMJ a pass for fighting Ortiz, Guerero and no Maidana.
Not only that, Pac defeated an undefeated, in his absolute prime, and top P4P fighter in Bradley -- something FMJ has never done in years (Canelo is the closest, but they can't justify that too because according to FMJ himself, "catchweights" are useless).
They can't even use the "on paper Bradley won blah-blah" line anymore too.

So yeah, expect crickets from 'em *****s.

Floyd is jealous that Pac has achieved so much and remains the only true international superstar in the sport. It really stresses Floyd out

He could make a lot more money fighting others with little to no chance than banking it all in one big fight. Both Pacquiao and Mayweather used each other's names to help promote other fights they pursued, obviously that was done for a reason.

Can you make up a excuse list for Pacquiao?
"I've got to talk to my promotor Bap arum"

    That's enough.

Yeh, many good points, so true about the heavyweight scene back then hogging all the cash. It was SRL that got the ball rolling for the smaller guy's by way of big bucks, well, SRL got the big bucks. Yeh without doubt Floyd & Pac would have achieved some success, but where would that big break come from for them & against whom? When you look at today, you can see it was all about getting to the HBO golden goose in DLH, that was always Floyd's objective & Pac got his winning lottery ticket by fluke when Floyd bugged out the DLH re-match, now there's an irony!

If Floyd was around at the time of the early 80's I doubt SRL's ego have allowed him to share any spotlight with Floyd, he would have given Floyd the derogatory handle of "Sugar LITE" or something of that ilk. From a business perspective I've always seen the Team Mayweather plan, ascetically speaking it follows good financial sense, but not from a boxing fans perspective, such are the times.

Yes they would. I guess they would be the most competetive at light WW or WW since that's where atleast Floyd is best, Pac would be really intresting to see in LWW.
