    ^ It didn't, no.

Read the rest of my retort PimpC. There's no getting around it, if I got one detail wrong the fact remains of where he has been when Welterweight has been hot with talent.

Came straight from Arum's mouth and if you continue reading Arum admits to not making the DLH fight because he himself wouldnt make enough money.

I agree 100%. Also, Floyd took on the mighty Baldomir when fighters like Cotto, Pacquiao, Margaritto, Mosley and Williams were too busy ducking Baldomir out of fear.

it'll never die but it can drop huge by Casuals. nobody was sayig it was over when Oscar left because Mayweather beat him. canelo is the one now but needs a huge win to get the causals behind him.

Casual boxing fans did die off after Tyson left. One could even argue they have still never been fully back since then.:deal

Exactly HW boxing moves the meter more than the lower weights. The lack of a quality American HW has really hurt the sport as far as the casuals are concerned.

There's been a lot of good American Heavyweights on the last few years....but the Klitchkos have been better. Americans get all Butthurt about that and so they stay away.
