Hopefully the fight can get set up, I think Loma wins easily.

Has GRJ ever tasted the canvas? I don't recall him ever being knocked down.

You'd hope not with the opposition he's fought. One thing is that you can see him freeze up and look very uncomfortable when punches land.

Well some fighters are like that, he is still very inexperienced, having never been in there with a great fighter. Guys tend to get more comfortable, and be able to handle punches better, once they have experience against good fighters, he hasn't. I just don't think it makes sense to label GRJ a "glass jaw" when he has never been knocked out, knocked down, or seriously hurt yet. He most definitely should have been further along by now, but thanks to his management, he isn't.

I could not get through two minutes of that gibberish.

    "Dayhee heez aint no gud"

Got it! Everyone who is a potential threat sucks. Then if you win it should not ba a big deal then, right?

I agree, I'm unsure about GRJ' chin as everyone is. What I'm not unsure about his lack of boxing skills, his chin is going to need to be granite to last 12 with Lomachenko.

I think you're confusing 'the deer in the headlights look' with the
'Oh....no! Here comes another shot to the nuts look. They're
    probably quite similar though.:D
You're a moron if you think Salido actually beat Loma. Had that
fight been anywhere BUT northern mexico then Loma would be
2-0 and to smart fans, he still is.
    He'll 86 T-rex arms w/ little trouble.

Since when has Rigondeaux even tried to get past a jab? He's not exactly a come forward fighter. GRJ DKSAB.

Lomachenko doesn't have one punch knockout power though. He definitely isn't feather fisted, but he isn't a tremendous puncher either, I'd rate it above average. He may wind up being a star, but he is getting way too much hype for his amateur career. How many great amateurs have we seen turn out to be average pros at best? Far more than those who go on to become stars. Salido exposed some serious flaws in his game, and Salido although he is a very good fighter, well above average, is not elite. We all need to take a step back I think, lets wait for Lomachenko to prove himself.

With that said, I don't see anything in GRJ that makes me think he will beat Lomachenko. The only truly exceptional trait GRJ has is his blazing hands, but that means nothing if there is no power. GRJ throws pitter patter flurries that Lomachenko will walk through with ease. GRJ has an exceptionally small reach, that surely won't be in his favor.

Russell is deluded, Lomachenko will beat him. Rigondeaux would murder him.
