Do you know what medical records are? If I broke my arm in the 6th grade, that would be in my records because I probably went to the doctor or hospital.. If I bought some PEDs from a guy, chances are that I didn't tell my doctor about them unless he's the dealer.. In that case he probably wouldn't put it in my records..
