That time frame doesn't include much of Hopkins' career as well as omits Mayweathers' 1998 Ring Mag Fighter of the Year... while also omitting Pacquiao's early defeats.

Pac beat him after PBF schooled him and beat him old.

PBF beat Oscar while going up in weight, and letting Oscar choose the weight class, ring size, and glove size. Giving up 15 pounds on fight night.

PBF Beat Cotto off three 3TKO's and avenging his plaster loss to Margarito, and went up in weight.

Pac got the stoppage, but Cotto was in that fight. Pac basically went life and death. He took a lot of punishment. With PBF, while Cotto was competitive, it wasn't a close fight.
