Don't believe so but, there's really not much knowledge you can gain on whether Cotto believes Pac was cheating or not from it. Because, on hand he did not ask for OSDT even on a rematch yet, he clearly said Pac should just take the tests during the midst of the whole Floyd-Pac fiasco. So that leaves us in no man's land.

Some people out there still believe Margarito isn't a cheater despite being caught with chemical-applied-gauze in his wraps.

Some people have claimed Mayweather is a cheater despite never testing positive and also being the first professional athlete in the history of the world to pay to subject himself to more thorough testing...

So, it all comes down to a person's opinion.

Margarito guys favorite is also "proof" when considering the Cotto fight. If there was definitive proof these conversation's wouldn't exist, and asking for it makes you look like you desperately just want the conversation to go way, it's not a good look.

 

I've read people say Margarito, of all people, is clean.

I've read people say Mayweather, of all people, is dirty. Perhaps even you yourself or for sure many of your other very similar trolling buddies have made that claim, which if you have ever insinuated such before, makes you a huge hypocrite... not that you haven't shown you are one before now.

There is proof for Margarito. But those same people would counter with, "Were you in the locker room? Have you seen or felt the pads yourself?"

But you are correct. There is no proof that Evander Holyfield is dirty either. Same is the case for every fighter who has not tested positive for a banned substance.

Different era really. If you don't think PEDs are prevalent today then there's no point trying to explain it to you. Athletes of today are making old long standing records look like nothing. Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, Marion Jones .... all looked super human and they never tested positive.
