Truth. It's amazing how many people choose to ignore these facts, then again blind hatred can really skew a persons perception....

He has 21 OVERALL, not 21 in a row. He has 21 overall, 16 currently in a row.

I have to correct morons on a regular basis, bum of the month club wasn't a name to bash Louis' quality of opponents, but to highlight how great he was by destroying the top level opposition, Louis was beating much higher level fighters than wlad..

We are not aying the era was better - the 70's were far more entertaining. We're just saying the HW's are better. Also, Mike Tyson is a midget compared to today's fighters and always has been. Wladimir, Vitali or Lennox would have knocked him cold.

In this fight he looked totally prime. Surprising performance, he simply didn't let Leapai do anything at all.

Incessant jabbing, non-stop left and right hooks, always out of reach with quick footsteps.

The few times Leapai had the chance to throw anything, Wlad blocked or slipped.

Really, he looked really good and fresh. Also very few clinches, that were caused by Leapai charging with low head.

Good performance from both, but the skills and size disadvantage was too much for the brave and honest Leapai. Congratulations to both, a clean fight.

I know. Boxing publications only consider him to have a TOTAL of 16.

Stunning performance by Wlad at 38. Pulev stands no chance.

Hill like Wlad beat a lot of c level fighters and when he actually stepped up lost to Hearns.. Lucky for Wlad this whole era has been void of ANY real challengers.. But even that being Wlad managed to lose 3 times to ordinary fighters lol.. I watched Lamon Brewster while sitting ringside get DESTROYED by Clifford Etienne a fighter who an OLD SHOT Tyson beat in 1 round.. That same Etienne victim Brewster beat the heart out of the weak soft Wlad.. Guy will have some paper stats but that's all..

I think they must mean 16 in a row then since the record for most and overall is 25. So they just mention his 16 in a row since he is chasing 25 in a row/overall.

Another awesome performance from Wlad. Second longest reigning heavyweight champion overtaking Larry Holmes. Wlad's reign of terror atop the heavyweight division is way more impressive than Holmes was. Holmes had only two divisions to unify and never had the guts to do it. He was content that most boxing fans knew he was the best heavy. Wlad with many more titles to conquer has always tried to unify the divisions by fighting fellow champions like David Haye. Just an amazing athlete. On to conquer that final belt Wlad, overtake the immortal Joe Louis's record and then retire as an all time great heavy. Hell, an all time great, period. U.S. Based Ring Magazine has Wlad number three P4P.
