Exactly, i think Canelo's got this in the bag. The experience and the blueprint Perro showed will help him :deal
I like Canelo, he is a nice guy and at a young age he is showing real good skills. I think he'll become real good in next few years if he continues to train hard and fight good guys.
Well he's going on a string of bouts against Trout (who was undefeated at the time,) FLoyd, ANgulo and now Lara. That is a very impressive resume for any fighter, let alone a 23 year old kid. I don't know if he'll be able to beat Lara, but Canelo is really getting some fantastic experience against a variety of top-tier fighters that have completely different styles. It's very impressive to see him taking on these challenges and that his handlers are bringing him along this quickly for the past year now.
Canelo is maturing into an excellent fighter. He doesn't believe the hype any more and is dedicated to his craft. I think that he will be a fine boxer puncher and will produce many memorable moments in boxing. To be honest, Lara is the way he could have went. There was no other way up for him. He has to go through Lara and I think that he is preparing himself to do just that. If he can slay that dragon, then the 154 division will open up with a lot of good fights for him and the fans.
