Easily top 10. If he can win out for another 4 years or so, he will only trail Ali and Lennox. Those two will neve be knocked off the top 2 as they stood at the top of the mountain during the two greatest eras of heavyweights.
If Wlad is able to reach 80-3 I think I would say he is the greatest HW to ever live. The whole "this era sucks" cannot be stretched across 20 years. It's just an argument people use when a guy they don't like is dominating.
The 16 years he has fought at the top is by far better than the era of Louis, Rock, Holmes, and Tyson. However, you can't discount that Lennox and Ali both finished at the top in eras with lots of depth and two other clear ATGs fighting (4-5 if include Liston, Vitali, etc..).
neither klitschko is top 20. Even someone like Jimmy Young is better - at least he beat Foreman and got robbed vs Ali Klitschkos have done nothing close to that.
I don't discount either of them. I just think I would call Wlad the best ever with a record like that and his dominance. He doesn't even lose rounds. Lennox was great but we have seen him in competitive fights. Wlad is just unfair. I would have liked to see them fight prime for prime. I think people underestimate Wlad now because they've seen him KO'd as a youngster.
Louis, Holmes, Tyson, all beat vastly superior competition to Wlad or Vitali's bums. Rocky only beat guys well past his prime, but Joe, Archie and Ezzard despite being past prime are better than all the Klitschko opponents. Except for past prime Lennox - who completely exposed the farce Vitali
