200 on W. Klit to win, 10-1 odds, payout 20 75 on OVER 7.5 on Lucas/Molina payout 165 had 150 on OVER on Guillermo/Lebedev, cancelled I don't bet much but these odds seemed absurd to me. For the Klitschko fight you have a guy who has barely lost a round in a decade with every conceivable advantage over his opponent. Wlad's size, speed, power, and especially footspeed make this fight a RIDICULOUS mismatch. It's like the bookies looked at that video some ESB troll posted of Lepai throwing an uppercut and got spooked. The odds on this fight should've been 40+ to 1 at least. If I'd had a million dollars I probably would've put it on Wlad to win this fight, 10-1 is ridiculous. The Lucas/Molina odds were more understandable, but the over being 1 to 2.85 for 7.5+ rounds was still too wide. Molina had never been legitimately stopped, Lucas had never been legitimately dropped. Both guys have iron chins. People saw Molina having poor defense, moving up in weight, and a TKO1 on his record as a quick KO by the Machine. Molina has a big frame and I knew he'd make the move up comfortably, his TKO1 loss was clearly a fluke, and his offense acts as a defense to make opponents go back to boxing. This is maybe just a brag thread, but I've only ever made a few money bets. I'll post losses when/if they occur too. Please share any recent bets you've made.
I felt and still feel that if Wlad and Lepai were to fight 50 times, Lepai would win 0 to 1 times. This makes 10-1 a good move if I'm right.
Just because something is -1000 doesn't mean there can't be value on it....line actually came in under that at a lot of shops Something like that usually had more value as a leg in a parlay....and it's usually best to avoid lines like that...but with wlad there was some value
i am selective, ive only bet twice on boxing. i liked bhop to win but im a fan so dont want that clouding my judgement. also liked floyd vs canelo but i thought they would rob mayweather. next pick i like and will bet is marquez > alvarado at 1/2 http://i59.tinypic.com/2z7fqx2.png
That site gives you a debit card to withdraw winnings or what? I've been using Bovada and only make occasional boxing bets because the balance is shared with poker from that site. If the over looks good I may go for that for Marquez-Alvarado. I don't feel comfortable betting on either guy outright...Marquez has been on the slide for too long.
ive been on a roll lately on predictions. ignore my trolling in various threads. when i break a fight down, ive been spot on!
Slyk Look into another book for boxing lines...bovadas are usually off(although sometimes in your favor) and usually limit or restrict parlays But look into parlay calculators and learn about them....u can parlays lines and over/unders
