he head hunts a lot though. hes not a body banger like that. just wants clean head shots for the ko. thurman hits harder then cotto as well and the speed bout the same. both are boxer punchers so they are kinda similar in style.

I guess I can see a similarity, but the last guy I'm thinking of when watching Thurman fight is Cotto...

Reminds me of Carl Froch - lanky looking but throws full blooded heavy handed swings.

I like Keith, I think he's gonna be good, but even in his younger days Cotto looked way more polished & skilled. Don't really see the similarity.

I would like to see his chin tested more against fellow bangers such as himself .

The only man so far to hurt him was Karras .

but from what i see so far ,Thurman is DANGEROUS .

Carl Froch? Now, I like me some Froch, but I don't see any similarities other than 2 arms and 2 legs.

Thurman is incomparably faster of hand and foot.

I think he punches like a young Ali. He throws his combos at arms length and he hits just as hard backing up.

He seems a bit lanky and uncoordinated looking but throws with conviction and lands.
