If Arreola wins, expect a third rubber match between him and Stiverne, and than at least one defense before attempted unification as standard, most likely against Wilder. If Stiverne wins, he will still face Wilder.

And if Wilder wins beween the Stiverne/Arreola winner, he is going to squeeze in at least one defense before attempted unificiation.
