That's what you was saying about Broner.:lol:

Don't you think a guy who has been rocked by Soto Karass and Diaz is going to get punished by a top class operator?

SO Broner has lost 1 fight, so what?? his career is over now? and i didnt say the same things about Broner. Power for sure wasnt one of them, and Thurman is way better on his feet and has better defense, not even close bro

so he got rocked, who's fought and hasnt got rocked?? Diaz didnt rock him. karass did and Thurman came right back and beat his A$$ so settle down fella

Thurman would stop Bradley, JMM, Pacquiao, Maidana, and Mathysse, but failed to stop a near 40 year old Jan Zaveck?

Bradley and Mayweather are the only two guys that showed that level of defense and skill against Marquez, yet you compare Bradley and Thurman as if they are equals. So much wrong with this thread.

First of all Broner has really lost 4 fights.

If you think Diaz didn't rock him go back and watch round 3.

so he didnt stop 1 fighter so he cant stop anybody else....great logic :patsch:patsch

I said Bradley is a smarter fighter, and thats what u need to beat somebody like JMM. Also said that Thurman would fight like Bradley did to get the W, can he? Im not sure. but that way he moves and fights, u cant tell me Thurman isnt a bad match up for JMM.

So he took a punch, took a few steps back and started throwing down. whats your point?? I could see ifg he was rocked and layed on the ropes and covered up, didnt throw back etc etc. but the man steped back from danger (which smart fighters do) then got right back in there and broke Juilo's rib. sounds like a great plan to me :happy

A lot of guys CAN beat him

But as far as who I favor over him?? Floyd and Pac...

Bradley's skilled but the same stuff that held him back against Pac (physical limitations e.g. not that fast, not powerful at all, and extremely short for a welterweight) would hold him back against Thurman...

Garcia??? Did you guys miss the Herrera fight? Let's not forget Herrera is feather fisted... Add Thurman's power to Herrera's performance, and Danny get's stopped

When he sets up his shots or in center of the ring he's scary fast, but he hasn't been pushed yet by a good, decent ww that can take his power or neutralize it. When he's in toe to toe exchanges he gets too anxious and just swings for the fences. We still need to see what kind of chin he has and heart because eventually like all fighters he will get tested. For now I give tough proven fighters like Lucas, Maidana, Pacman, Prov, and Bradley the edge.
