Pacquiao himself is not a true welter, he's actually naturally smaller than Marquez.

Bradley is'nt a big welter himself. He does'nt have any power to speak of and he does'nt have overwhelming speed.
I dont rate Bradley in the top 10 p4p. I think he's outside of it.
In my view he lost to both Pacquiao and Marquez and drew with Provodnikov.

Outside of Mayweather there are no elites near prime and in their own weight class at Welterweight. No dumb, you dumb!
