Prime: point as to which a fighter reaches his pinnacle overall skill level through a culmination of ring IQ and physical attributes which manifests in ones signature performance.
Who would you pick to win? Hopkins of 2000 vs the Hopkins of today..:think I think the answer is clear imho :deal
The Hopkins that fought and beat an undefeated Glen Johnson was a beast, but i cant argue with the Tito performance illustrating his prime.
Hopkins was probably in his prime during the 1996-2000 era when he had a string of KOs against very good competition including being the only fighter to KO Glen Johnson. Beleive it or not, he was already on the decline when he fought and defeated Trinidad.
I would have said all his best wins came after "The Road Warrior" I don't think he started to lose anything until after the 2 Taylor fights Tho it seems silly even now saying he began going downhill ten years ago and he still a unified champ haha
joecal's win looling better and better. is it safe to say now that joecal beating hopkins >>>any wins on pedjr's career?
