Bi-Polar Bob has announced that Pacquiao is very close to signing another 5 fight extension with Top Rank and that the winner of Alvarado-Marquez will be Pac's mandatory.
Marquez and his trainer say that no matter what, they will not fight Pac a fifth time. So, if Pac hopes to get a fight with the winner of Alvarado-Marquez, he'd better be hoping that Alvarado comes out with the win.

So how did Bi-Boplar Bob convince Pac to sign yet another extension?
More tha likely he worked out a multi-fight plan showing pac how by fight #3 he could repay all the taxes owed to IRS and BRI and by fight #4 have so much cash in the bank.
It would be a real shame if after fight #4 Pac finds himself even deeper in the hole with both agencies under Arum's leadership.
