There's literally nowhere to go for Pacquiao with TR. Bob has Bradley (nobody wants to see that again), JMM (doesn't want to fight), Provodnikov (friends, lost to Bradley already), Rios (that was...fun?), and Alvarado (lost to Provodnikov and soon JMM). There's nothing there for Manny.

If Manny goes out on his own, he can fight literally anybody, including Mayweather, Alvarez, Martinez, Cotto, Garcia, Porter, etc. The obvious correct choice is free agency if he wants to be in big PPV fights that people actually care about.

Correct choice:
JMM V this fall (Last fight with TR).
Win middleweight title vs. Martinez or Cotto early next year
Defend against Alvarez next year (Cinco de Mayo, outsell Floyd's fight)
Demand 50/50 and agree to testing in exchange for letting Floyd fight for the linear middleweight title and 50-0 that winter.
Rematch Floyd in 2016 if the fight was close.
Retire.

Fight winner of Cotto-Martinez early next year.
Fight winner of Provodnikov-Bradley II next year.
