Floyd, is the only fighter in modern history to fight simultaneously be champ and dominate at two different weight classes (147, 154). No other fighter in recent times has done this and he does it with relative ease against the best:yep:deal!

Other fighters have done it(Calzaghe, Pacquiao for example). Mayweather might be the only one to defend titles in two weight classes though.

He is going to unify both division titles soon. (147 and 154 only fighter ever to do it.)

calzghe didnt have two titles at 175 and neither did pac.

what two titles did pac win from champions at 154, what about calzaghe what two champions did he defeat at 175.

for sure..he gets by maidana theres ortiz at 154 ibf and porter 147 ibf.

i dont think he's going for the wbo though i wouldn't.

if cotto wins i fight him at 160 for the middleweight title...that would generate a boat load of money

Pretty impressive to go back and forth while beating top 10 opponents, if not the number one, in every fight.

No one said anything about Calzaghe or Pacquiao having multiple belts in multiple divisions. The OP said Mayweather is the only modern fighter to be champion in two different divisions.
