Maidana is only making 250k more than an undercard fighter that's coming off a bad loss to him :-(

"Maidana will earn $1.5 million but his purse is expected to be subsidized by pay-per-view upside and television money from his native Argentina which allows him to skirt some U.S. taxes."

The amount of money Khan and Broner are making is ridiculous considering their opponents and their recent accomplishments.

Yes but this is step aside money for Broner

Remember Broner exercised his rematch clause with Maidana initially?
but Floyd's got the fight instead.
Now Floyd get's to nick Broner's WBA belt before Broner gets to fight for it back in a rematch with maidana?
so...1.25 million + an easy oppenant was dangled infront of Broner for him to back down for the rematch and let Floyd have him instead
that's why Broner quite happily accepted a 3rd place on the bill, easy opponent and nearly the same money he would of got fighting maidana in a main event and risk loosing twice. Money Talks.
and who know's how much Floyd got out the duffle bag in cash at his home when Broner is around maybe he threw in another $250k.

  9. Al Haymon fighters get paid. What did the guys on the Pac/Bradley undercard get?

Seems about right. Khan is a draw and is in against a live opponent. Don't seem too much to me at all.
