Charr would get inside and knock wilder out...... who has wilder beaten a-farce, shot Liakhovitch??? Charr can't be bought off like Malk Scott....

 

Chisora is much better than Charr. Chisora has far better head and upper body movement, his foot work is better as is his balance. When Charr throws to the body his centre of gravity is too high and his back too stiff and hes there to be countered, chin in the air. Infact from the waist down Charr is awful, feet to close together so his balance is poor and he doesn't generate the power he could.

Chisora based on him knocking down Johnson very likely hits harder as well. Charr's body punches are mainly arm punches, he doesn't bend at the knees to get any leverage when he throws to the body.

Arreola is a better comparison to Charr. But even Arreola has better punch technique and balance than Charr. Arreola is also a genuine puncher and while he's easy to hit he at least has the sense to keep his chin down unlike Charr.

 

its time charr has a big fight. after the vitaly fight he hasnt really stepped up.

he almost had the haye fight so i give him credit.

Wilder has god awful balance..... Punches like a schoolboy, he's as crude as it gets.

If Wilder is so good, and can beat guys like Charr no problem then why doesn't he step in with them? Why has he ducked the likes of Thompson, Chisora, Solis etc? Charr has only lost to Vitali Klitschko, one of the great heavyweights of the last 30 years. Charr is not a duck like Wilder..... He's more than willing to face any heavyweight on the planet. We need more like him among the heavyweight ranks, and less Wilders - I.E. protected bums with all sorts of flaws who don't step up until it's time to cash out.

 

Haye would have beaten Charr by mid round stoppage. Haye is too fast and hits too hard for Charr.

 

Yeah, its shocking.

It was an absolute joke of a fight when announced with Vitali, he got beat down and maybe because it got stopped on cuts people think he was warming into the fight or something? I know the HW division is poor, but I still don't consider him a top prospect/contender/fighter at all.
