As long as he can wear the punchers gloves it's all good ...But I for one am suspect of Nevada didn't they approve Margachito's gloves as well ?

 

It's fair to make a fighter wear GLOVES with PADDING, which is the standard. This isn't some bare knuckle competition, bro.

The red ones are approved and Floyd should accept it.

Not those flimsy ass blue non padded weapons.

 

Those gloves looked indeed suspicious. But Floyd didn't even wanted the other everlast one. So he also looks suspicious in there wanting Maidana to fight with Floyd's extra ultra padding.

If the commission accepted those gloves (did they finaly?), then Floyd has no choice than fighting Maidana or pulling out of the fight and loosing his money, and being sued by Maidana for pulling with no reason.

Simple. You are not suppose to be able to feel the knuckle through the glove. Especially a brand new pair and those gloves looked worn in and a few yrs old. You could tell right off the bat when Floyd put it on and held it up.
