Forget Bob Arum, does Schaefer work well with others at all?

Does he work with Main Events? Don King? K2? Goosen?

He seems to keep everything in-house. I haven't seen many big fights that doesn't consist of Haymon or Golden Boy fighters. I see other promoters working together more, with each other and with Arum.

It seems like once a fighter is signed to Golden Boy or Haymon, they don't fight outside of their promotion.

100% correct, they signed Herrera just to put him in with Danny Garcia when they could have co-promoted with Gary Shaw & put Garcia in with Dulorme which would have been a huge Puerto Rican fight.
Niether Sergio Martinez or GGG are under TR but Kid Chocolate is still fighting Golden Bums.
Kell Brook is due to fight Porter & is the mandatory so they've not got much of a choice but to fight him, I wouldnt be suprised if this went to purse bids.
Kovalev is with Main Events but cant get a fight with Hopkins.

    Competition is a bytch.

This is America, not Russia. Competition is good.
Dog eat dog. Run the competition into the ground.
    Let the best company prevail.

    Schaefer is a G!

I think it's pretty clear that Schaefer is keeping the big fights from happening. Even Arum is working with K2 to make GGG/Chavez.

Or a b-level primadonna is thinking he's better than he really is. If Jr wants big money, sign the deal or accept a pay cut. TR paid him way too handsome for opponents he's fought.

Schaefer keeping big fights from happening. It's indisputable now.

I read that Schaefer said he would never work with Arum, Schaefer said he was the CEO and if Oscar wanted to fire him then that's what he would have to do for GBP to work with Arum. I want to see the big fights, to hell with the promoters.............

The BIG fight is just an illusion for those like you who DKSAB.
If the fight happens, you will be sorely disappointed with the outcome when it ends up even worst and one-sided than JMM-Pac 4.

Unless you work for Golden Boy who cares about the companies mate. We want to see the best fights happening not just all in house fights. That's dull and predictable.

You're fake boxing fan. Nothing but fantasies with *****s. No wonder you fools have such insecurity problems, you refuse to face reality. You can't handle it.

You rather have events play out in your warped fantasy than seeing it actually happening. If you don't enjoy competition, stop watching boxing and go watch synchronized swimming. A proper sport for you p*ssies.

Arum going out of house is merely a product of his roster being thin as ****, rather than some noble desire to make the big fights happen or whatever. GBP went out of house just as often when they had a limited roster as well and now they don't, so they won't, just as Top Rank would if they had the resources to do so.
