    Just calling it how it is and I know I will get a homo reference but who cares.

    Bernard at the weigh in last night looked about 30 and he can wear the clothes of a 30 year old and not look like an old man trying to be young again.

    A lesson for us all , live your life well , dont drink and exercise !!!!

    On the other hand I believe Ricky Hatton will be at ringside chearing on Amir. Ricky looks about 45!!!

    Hopkins is in great condition. A great example for all of us. I just turned 40 myself and could only dream of Hopkins physique and dedication.

    i've said it repeatedly but here goes again...Hopkins' lifestyle most certainly plays a role in his current condition but the man is a physical/statistical outlier. Herschel Walker type ****. You're never going to duplicate him physically but you'll be the better man for it if you try. Just enjoy the old guy while he's around.

    Hopkins is in great shape.
    Im a believer that you can stay almost as good if you work at it constantly.
    If you run 10 miles every day from the age of 25, you wont suddenly not be able to do it when you turn 40, or 50 at that. Continuing to eat good healthy food and keep your body in shape and you have a very good chance of staying good for years to come, but what is the real hard part, is sticking to that and Hopkins deserves alot of credit for being able to do that
