    Pauline is right. Khan has no chance against fighters with a hint of power, but he knows how to win rounds and he would be able to wipe the floor with Floyd cuz that dude ain't got no power.

    I think the main point is to prevent an inside fighting opportunity but anyway if it was cause of head butts, wouldn't it be basically a foul in pre-emptive response to a foul that might happen and if it does should be dealt with by the ref?
