Definitely shady and questionable. They did it also with JMM before when Mayweather suddenly change the stipulated catchweight fight when he couldn't make 144 to avoid paying the fine.

Could you elaborate please? Floyd's explanation wasn't convincing and it was a little insulting to the fans intelligence when Floyd started talking about how "stuff happens behinds the scenes". It was clear that this guy was able to change what gloves Chino was using and it wasn't in the contract. This on the heels of the whole "Canelo's side wanted the catchweight" thing. It was disappointing because Floyd is becoming known for tilting the playing field so he can get wins. Now if that is not the case, and all this is normal, then I'd like to know why this sort of thing comes up all the time after Floyd fights.

 

Floyd clearly lost last night.

He has 2 losses on his record in my book, it was almost 3 but old totally shot Oscar did not do enough for a win.

So everyone else in today's boxing that's around their weight can beat those guys from the past? Take any ww or mw and put them against SRR, SRL, and Hearns and discuss what we'll happen.. People hate change when you're comparing atg.. Kobe and LeBron can EVER be better than MJ, no one would EVER be a better rapper than 2Pac and Biggie, no b boxer can EVER be greater than Ali....ect No matter what those guys will always be on top because that is where we as people only know.. Anyone who actually watched the Castillo fight knows Floyd won the first 6 rounds easily.

Most people haven't seen it and go by word of mouth to say he lost. You probably haven't even seen it.

Floyd is undefeated. He's been in a few close fights. Never had a "controversial" win, although there is a contingent that believe he was beaten by Castillo in their first bout. Maidana fight last night was close with Floyd deserving the win and the Oscar fight never should have gone to a Split Decision.

 

Castillo 1 could have went either way..Not a robbery. Nobody ever talks about the rematch though
