I doubt Ali wrote the tweet, he can't control his hands and can't talk at all. He is brain-dead at this point. Pretty sad that he is just waiting to die. Glorious days in his youth for miserable days in his old age. The price for greatness is sometimes big.

What would be truly inspiring is if Ali said he was near death and his dying wish is for Floyd and Manny to fight each other. Could that push them to do it?

Ali, Lewis, Foreman, Tyson, Klitschkos, Duran, etc., all want to see Void get up the nerve to fight Pac, but Void is way too afraid....................

I never want to see a Void fan complain about Vlad holding Povetkin, Vlad knocked Povetkin down four times, Hell, All Void did was hold, he couldn't even hurt Maidana at all, plus Maidana had to use Void's gloves..................

We all know without those pillows on Maidana's hands, he would have knocked that ***** out. That's why that ***** Morales forced Maidana to wear those winning gloves. He did the same thing to Pacquiao when he put itching powder in his socks

It's the opposite. Their mind is fully functional. It's their muscle control that is lacking. So Ali could've told someone to type that.

I just watched the fight again and saw how Mayweather intentionally spent the first few rounds on the ropes allowing Maidana to tee out on him just to make the fight appear more exciting.
Mayweather wasn't on the rope due to any thing Maidana did but because that is where mayweather wanted to be knowing those wild wide overhand rights that Maidana throws could not hurt him.
Maidana's technique is so bad that many of those over hand punches he throws end up as rabbit punches and really don't contain as much power as he has been billed as possessing.

At anytime Mayweather could have moved and stayed off the ropes, pot shotting Maidana all night as he usually does, but instead he intentionally stayed on them to give Maidana a chance and to make the fight more exciting.

Anybody who believes this fight was close due to Maidana has fell for Mayweather's Okie-doke.

If there is a rematch you will see a totally different Mayweather. Don't expect that he will allow this type of fight to happen with the same opponent twice.

    sure

but what does the tweet mean? it doesnt mean ali thinks hes ducking anyone....it means ali would like to see it and hes letting it be known to the african american fighter whom he clearly relates more to

but again these idiots will say "see look even ali knows floyd is ducking manny"

he could have duped the public into supporting 2 easy paydays . or it could have actually been a tuff fight.

he could have been playing possum

Yep...with all those clean shots Maidana was landing (damn near connecting at 50%) he would have had that diva Floyd on a stretcher...IF he was allowed to wear his mutha****in MX Everlast. It's bull****, really. Maidana is a BEAST and he got the divisions from 140 to 154 on notice. Alexander...he comin for you boy. Revenge is a *****.

It really didn't matter what kind of gloves maidana wore, he doesn't possess the skills to hurt or even KO Mayweather with those wide and looping punches he throws.

That being the case, I still don't blame Mayweather for encouraging an opponent to cheat and pull a Margarito type move with illegal tactics.
In boxing anything can happen and no matter how good Mayweather is he'd be a fool to allow his opponent to conceal a crowbar or brass knuckles in his gloves.

hmmm interesting i was thinking the same thing. maybe floyd made the fight look hard in order to give a rematch and have an easy future win to pad his record some more, or he has aged overnight, and another 6 months from now he will be even more faded.
