Floyd would beat Pacman very easily and keep fooling yourself into believing this. Mayweather chose to fight a different fight against Maidana, you don't think he could've just moved and boxed circles around Maidana?

There is no correlation between Pacquiao and Maidana's fighting styles, sorry....when Manny turns into a 165 lb orthodox fighter with rabid dog tecniques let me know

Floyd fought great fighters whom he knew he could beat and was simply better than guys with a hard style for him until age finally caught up with him a little. He did think that he could just walk through Madaina I think.

He also knows the size of margaritowould have troubled him, the speed and angles of PAC were risky, and Williams was a giant... So those fights didnt materialize. Cotto's timing surprised him and Oscar's skill set was slightly more complete than he thought, but Floyd IS better than 99.9 percent of fighters, bit like everyone some styles present problems. Aaron Pryor would have probably smashed him to bits. Floyd is smart enough to wait those out until either he can win easily because he is smarter or for the fight to be irrelevant.

And he would always have smashed tszyu. The simple style of one one two two tszyu used to touch and hurt would have been a cakewalk for Mayweather. Most people just get hurt when tszyu touched them and his timing was good but he was way way too conventional to trouble Floyd.

You don't make a controversy about fighting a guy who you're suppose to beat easy and give you the highest pay day of this generation.

As other boxers themselves say.. Floyd can make that fight "IF" he wants to.

Floyd will probably knock Pac out. If he doesn't he will embarrass Pac. Embarrass him.

Those powerlock Everlasts Maidana wore are literally the biggest pillows of all pro gloves. They wouldn't let him wear the Mexican-style Reyes either:

The same Reyes gloves Broner used against Molina an hour or so before.
    Same ones Collazo wore.
    Same ones Periban wore.
They wouldn't hear none of it.
Wonder what led to Robert Garcia accepting using those pillows. Had to be some major pressure.

If you're saying that Floyd is great then I agree 100%. What I'm arguing about is the meaning of his undefeated record. Floyd wants us to believe that his undefeated record means he's the greatest. I tend to disagree.

Initially I had Floyd winning, however, if the Don is saying otherwise I need to take a closer look at the fight. Maybe I missed something.

I don't think that fight proved anything. Pacquiao is a much cleaner boxer and doesn't fight like Maidana. Having said that, some of you Floyd nuthuggers need to chill out with the he chose to fight like that crap. I thought it was a very good win for Mayweather but let's keep it real.
