Network war (underrated massive issue; this is what held up Tyson/Lennox for years)

Cut of revenue (has been an issue ever since 50/50 was turned down because of drug testing)

Drug testing (still an issue as it was an issue between Pacquiao and Bradley for their rematch)

Stadium and healing cuts (can't speak to this, but Arum has been adamant in the past; no stadium, no fight)

I dont blame him for wanting no part of Manny Pacquiao. Pacquiao has faded significantly but the danger is still very much there.

Mayweather was outboxed at times by B- Maidana. He could not hurt Maidana once, even when his hands were down and coming forward into Floyds punches. He was taken out of his game for the first 6 rounds and ambushed. Being pressured by a slow and less agile fighter must raise doubts for ones confidence?

one thing that i know for sure is floyd lost 4 out of the first 6 rounds. if maidana wins just 1 round the rest of the fight you still have a close fight with floyd winning. if you gave maidana 2 of the remaining rounds you have a draw. neither of those scenarios are far fetched. the judges that had such a wide margin for floyd were idiots or completely biased.
