2. How in the **** am I supposed to know "why" they do anything? Last I checked I'm not either of them.

The only time the two parties actually sat down to negotiate a fight was in 2010, and by all accounts Pacquiao and Arum walked away because they didn't want to agree to a 14 day random blood test cutoff. Since then I've heard countless excuses from both sides as to why the fight isn't happening, and currently nobody is doing anything that would even suggest that they're trying to make the fight. Floyd just tries to change the subject and Manny conveniently has a fight scheduled with someone from TR a month before cinco de mayo weekend which Floyd has had reserved at the MGM every year since the DLH fight. Floyd is fighting again in September... How much you wanna bet Arum schedules a Pacquiao fight for November... Not that it matters anyway because he wouldn't know who to call to make a Mayweather fight even if he wanted to.
