I agree after all the years of waiting to finally get them in the ring would be amazing but i think floyd will fight way too smart for pac he will moving all night and pac will have to go hunting i think it will be competitive but floyd wins something like 7-5

Fact is, Void will not fight Pac because he is afraid he will get hurt. Don't you remember what Void, Sr. said right after Pac stopped Cotto?

Void knows that his fans will believe anything he tells them. Void is afraid of Pac, Void, Sr. has already made that clear way back when Pac stopped Cotto. Void has been running ever since. The biggest PPV in boxing history, the biggest payday, well, if Void wants to buy the Clippers, then he should fight Pac to help get the money..................

    :good Great thanks..

Oh and to answer the question.. Floyd didn't win it because Manny won it.. Like every award there's politics behind it.. Who really knows why Pac won an award over another great fighter.. Is this a question to start a bash Floyd thread? Ask the same about Tyson, Hagler, and Hearns then.. Why did Macklamore win rapper of the year?

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...st-pathetic-excuses-made-by-both-sides/page/3

it was arum who made the excuse, not manny. sadly manny is wrapped around arum's finger but what can we do, the man seems to think he owes arum for life.

and if you look at the article the only fishy excuse that manny has is his fear of needles. floyd has a treasure trove of them.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiaswwJBd9k

    manny wants the damn fight.

"If I'm old, I'm a easy fight. fight me!"

manny has nothing to do with the stadium building or the cut thing. it was all arum so don't bring it up anymore floyd stans. :hi:

edit: it looks like i was wrong in a little detail. it wasn't that manny is afraid of needles, he doesn't want blood drawn from him because he feels weak after. this is not an excuse because he said the same thing in 2005, way way before floyd's drug testing demands.

"ariza's word cannot be trusted" :rofl double standard much. ariza cannot be trusted but 50 cent, who not only tried to pry mayweather from al heyman and ellerbie can? not only did he try to break up floyds team he started a rival boxing promotion. yes, there is no motive behind 50 cent going on live tv, promoting his company and throwing a rival under the bus. but let's go about it your way. let's throw ariza's statement out the window. where does that leave us? let's go with facts.

let's flashback to 2009 you can easily find all these facts online.

nov 09 golden boy begins negotiations on behalf of floyd or the fight. on a 60/40 split for floyd

dec 09 top rank wants 10 mil dollar penalty for every pound floyd comes over. and a 50/50 split.

dec 09 floyd agrees to all terms and counters with random blood test.

dec 09 pac rejects the terms, this is the now arum infamous pac is afraid of needles line ( at this point random blood test is up until fight day)

jan 10 pac changes tune and says he cannot have blood drawn all the way up to the fight because he is weakened by the blood draw

jan 10 golden boy modifies contract, all the terms are the same but there is an adjusted time period for the blood draw to accommodate pac. now the blood draw cannot be taken two weeks before the fight.

jan 2010 pac walks away from the negotiations (there is video of freddy roach that recently came to light where he says they were to blame for this)

so to recap. all the terms were agreed to. the blood draw was modified to help pac claim about being weakened. and pac still walked away from the fight. these are the facts. there is only one conclusion here. and that is pac walked away from the fight. he refused to sign on for the fight due to the blood test.

No you're gonna hear about it. You'd never accept the idea that "Ellerbe said this, not Floyd" as a reason to excuse Mayweather's actions, so be prepared for the same thing regarding Arum/Pacquiao. Top Rank ostensibly is Manny's representative; if he had a problem with their representation, he'd either leave the company altogether or at least correct them when they're blatantly full of ****.

Pacman winning has something to do with fighting on all comers but most especially winning THREE BWAA Fighter of the Year awards in 2006, 2008 and 2009 which elevated his credentials further from his contemporaries. There are only a handful of fighters in history who are able to match this, Ali whom has 5, and If I recall Hollyfield and Ray Leonard both have 3 FOTY awards. It's a rare accomplishment.
