Distracted my ass. Mayweather just fought an opponent who had the style to trouble him.

distracted no...im not buying that one....i think Maidana was successful in making it a ugly fight and not respecting Floyd.....i do think Floyd has been used to fighters respecting him too much in the ring...Maidana did none of that...im afraid it may have caught Floyd of guard

i agree in that hes not used to having fighters show him no respect......i dunno if it caught him off guard...not saying it didnt....its just...at some point i think hes gotta be expecting that....and if anyone was going to come in and fight like that it was maidana

 

He won the fight 8-4 who cares?

 

The cut did bother him it was the first time he had ever been cut in his pro career but he adjusted and went on to win. If he never got cut he wouldn't have lost those rounds he did.

 

I hate when people bring up First Take when they dont seem to understand the concept of the show.

SAS and Bayless debate stuff and make up excuses for when their sides lose.

After Pac-JMM 3, Skip said that Pac was letting JMM hit him on purpose because he wanted to bait Floyd into thinking he was past his prime and vulnerable.

After Pac-JMM 4, Skip said Pac got knocked out because his religion is stopping him from having his foot on the gaz, and that he had come to like JMM like a brother so he didnt want to damage him too much.

Thats what these guys do.

on sunday though they all knew maidana had "won" and that he had the style to trouble floyd all along

these guys have no balls and stand for nothing

if floyd rematches maidana and beats him easy 8-4 theyll say maidana was a c level fighter all along just like they knew...and that he still gave floyd fits the first time

if floyd chooses to go in another direction theyll say floyd knows he lost and is scared to death of maidana

 

Exactly these guys do this just to wind people up especially skip who says crazy things about all sports and some idiots think they are being serious.

I think if you analyse the round deeper you would find Mayweather was in state of panic if you have studied body language like I have you would of picked up on it.
