Timmy's jab, defense and right hand give him the needed assets to defeat Joe Louis. Unlike Conn or Walcott, Witherpsoon took a very good punch, so the come from behind KO for Louis is less likely. I'll go with Louis via a close decision, mostly because he would rise up to the moment later in the match.
I picked Louis by stoppage. Tim would give him a good fight assuming he's well trained and motivated, but I don't think he can fight off Louis's fast combinations forever.
