Are there any? Bit of a joke nation if you ask me. Obviously Macklin and Frampton are British so they don't count.
Well depends what you mean by Irish as Frampton is from Northern Ireland. Do you mean just the Republic of Ireland? Mackin isn't irish he is from Birmingham its like myself saying because my mom is Scottish I'm Scottish when I actually was born in Wolverhampton and lived here all my life it just doesn't make sense to me that I'm Irish crap
Yeah I agree Billy now John Joe Nevin has turned pro once he comes back from the attack he suffered outside of boxing then I really think he has the skills and capabilites
To keep it simple we'll say boxers from ROI. Are there any genuine top Irish professionals at the moment?
Well there is Stephen Ormond who is up there domestically especially after good wins against Derry Matthews and Karim El Ouazghari recently. Then your looking at Fitzgerald, Gary O'Sullivan and Jamie Kavanagh. But they are coming through with some good prospects like Marco McCullough, Phillip Sutcliffe Jr and Stephen Reynolds
this is you solaris isnt it http://static4.demotix.com/sites/de...sh-defence-league-march-in-london_2094699.jpg clearly your wife ran off with an Irish lad you sad ****
Ryan Burnett, JJ Nevin, Jason Quigley, Jamie Conlon, Stephen Ormond, Anto Cacace, and then all the top class ams like Joe Ward, Paddy Barnes and Michael Conlon to name a few, not bad for a nation of 5 million .
