    Yup, his superior hand speed was very noticeable in the first few rounds of their fight, and Mayweather is no slouch in the hand speed department. Judah should probably be towards the top of that list somewhere.

    If you can make a case for khan, mayweather, and berto, then I think you have to put judah and Donaire in there too.

    Khan does have fast hands but top 15 all time, nah.

    I never thought he had blinding speed. Pacquiao, Mayweather, SRL in there primes was crazy fast.

    RJJ I feel can be #1 honestly. what he used to do was incredible
