By Allan Fox: Oscar De La Hoya says he's open to help train Marcos Maidana (35-4, 31 KO's) for a rematch against Floyd Mayweather Jr. (46-0, 26 KO's) next September if he needs the help. De La Hoya would work alongside Maidana's current trainer Robert Garcia and give him pointers in how to beat Mayweather. ...

lol this is too funny, maybe delahoya can pull some magic!!! if he does train him the rematch will break ppv records! it would be like a plot for a new rocky movie, recovering coke head alcoholic former world champion/olympic gold medalist trains fighter to beat undefeated fighter that beat him back in the day.....if he did pull it off it would be some hollywood redemption type ****!!

If Chino was smart he would stay as far away from DLH as possible. DLH's "BLUEPRINT" gives fighters L's against Floyd.

DLH needs to STFU. This guy is too bitter for his own good.

What could DLH possibly do to help? The gameplan Team Maidana employed was the right one, there's nothing they can do differently in a 2nd fight except maybe jab more. I was a little surprised at how effective Maidana's jab was against Mayweather.

Kind of reminds me of the way Lewis was acting after the Vitali fight. Giving fighters pointers and offering to take them under his wing on fighting Vitali. Instead of rematch inch him. Also talking **** in the media to

An over the hill Oscar beat Void, lost a split decision, two of the juges were owned by Void. I had Oscar winning the fight 7-5. Oscar kept khocking Void's head back like a speed bag...............Void, Sr. said that Oscar would have knocked Void, Jr. out in his prime, no problem..............

Void is a coward...................he has been running from Pac for years now, since Pac stopped Cotto, after that fight Void, Sr. said that Void, Jr. would never fight Pac....................that's right, Void's real reason for not fighting Pac is pure fear.................

Why would maidana even consider changing trainers , de la Hoya is a man in need of a mission to help himself
