Prime bob was a good fringe contender at the top level, he would be too big and strong for a much shorter opponent as Loleapai. Actually a prime Meehan also disposes of Alex

 

Mirovic vs Leapai would have made for a handy scrap. Big Bob would have given a good, honest account of himself as always. Bet he wished he'd ever had a payday the size Leapai had against Wlad Klitschko.

 

A prime Bob does a lot better than Loleapai did against Wlad

 

Bob just didn't win the right fights to get the chance. Pity. He probably deserved to do better out of the sport. Leapai is now finally reaping the rewards it has to offer and good luck to him.

How's this thread trolling , serious question ? IMO it's like poster 9255 said " Bob just didn't win the correct fights " I've seen worse than Bob fight for world titles through the 80/90s .
