I don't think Rios or Margarito is better than Pac at it. Rios had trouble against Abril. Pac is not great it, but he has been able to corner a lot of fighter and punish them. The guy he had the most trouble cutting off is JMM...who is basically a counter-punching machine. You get inside his punching range and you're walking on eggshells.

The best guys at cutting off the ring seem to be the guys who don't give an inch and control range. GGG & Kovalev are 2 of the best at cutting off the ring. Pac is definitely not in their league.

 

TBF, although it's still nothing to be proud of, if you will watch the Bradley fight, he did improve a little. Just a tiny bit.
He was also utilizing his right hook effectively to cut off Bradley whenever the latter tries to pivot out of Pac's left's range.
This was pretty evident in the mid-late rounds where Bradley was getting tagged consistently already.
I'm not sure if this was an improvement or really just an added bonus for Pac's new cautious style (i.e. he doesn't overcommit to his attacks anymore and would step back and out instead of going bananas during each combination)

His answers don't even make sense when talking about pacquiao. He says pac works for someone And i don't. So why make the fight, Huh? He's ****ing stupid, and the irony is he thinks he's a genius.
