The new england patriots owner also said something along the lines " I don't answer to Tom Brady" does that mean he's not TB boss?

He is his own boss.. He uses the tools of GB to promote his band because he is not big enough to do it on his own.. Oscar don't do anything until the fight is signed and its time to promote.. Also if you haven't noticed, Oscar hates Floyd...

Mayweather is not under contract with GBP. Mayweather's company co-promotes the fights. Mayweather gets paid from Showtime. Explain how Oscar is his boss.

He doesn't need GBP. He works well with Scahefer though, so why go away from what works?

Oscar is richer then Floyd and richer then Floyd will ever be, Floyd only makes money from boxing his promotional money team stable is full of **** fighters once he retires he won't make more money. OLDH made more then floyd has done from fighting plus Floyd still has to pay Oscar and give him percentage. he has the best stable in boxing so will still be making bank when he is 60. Also Foreman has more money then Floyd his grills made more then Floyd in his entire career.

i'm not mad at all man just stated facts Floyd isn't the richest fighter in history Foreman and Oscar have more money then him and fact is The money team or whatever isn't going anywhere it's basically a sub company of GB and has no other decent fighters bar Floyd once he's gone so will the whole Money Team.

When you are big enough in boxing to make any promotional company work to your advantage, you are your own boss. With that said Floyd cant use that excuse "is up to my promoter", like other fighters... is all on him.

    ^^^^^^this

Floyd can take his brand to any promoter to promote his fights, it's just that GB does the best job of any promoter out there.

Mayweather promotion is just an LLC, not a real promotional outfit so they need a license promoter for his fight but he can go to any promoter for that.

Oscar nor GB is not his BOSS and Showtime cuts his checks. Floyd can go to Goosen-Tutor to promote his fights for all he cares.

50 Cent already said Mayweather Promotions is a gimmick and not a real licensed company, he stated it doesn't really exist.

And why exactly should we listen to 50 Cent? Look at Mayweather's fights. You'll see Mayweather promotion banners there and the Mayweather's check gets written out to Mayweather promotions. Why are such large checks being written out to non existent companies?

Floyd does need GBP if for nothing else than just for the undercards & fighters they provide for Floyd to fight, if Floyd leaves GBP whats to say GBP refuse to do business with him & he's already burnt his bridges with Arum, so who does he fight?
Also GBP stack his undercards which boosts up his numbers, what sort of undercards can Goosen provide? Arreola? Definately not Ward, Ward is no1 at 168 & a HBO fighter & in the process of trying to get out of his promotional contract.
The same goes for Dibella, Shaw & Main Events, they can't provide what Floyd needs, Floyd needs opponents & stacked undercards.
