Goosen-Tutor, Dibella, Gary Shaw, Main Event, K2, Banner...there are a dozen promoter who are liscense..****, even Don King is still license. oscar is NOT his BOSS, he can go anywhere to fight and the any said promoter will either put their own fighters on Floyd undercard or just do Floyd a favor and add "Mayweather Promotions" fighters.

Haymon fighter aren't even signed to GB, they can go anywhere.

Remember MO is not a licensed promotional outfit, just an LLC.
