You are right about Floyd, but the way Manny has allowed Arum to take charge and set a set of road blocks on his behalf is also bad. That should also be criticized. I just want to see this fight before their time is up, which might be sooner rather than later if Floyd is fighting Maidana with proper gloves in September.

pac has more power more speed more crazy angles and he is a SOUTHPAW

pac will back duckweather to the ropes pounding him if duckweather decides to go to the middle of the ring thats ok pac would **** him up with crazy angles connecting with his huge left duckweather will be dancing unlike mosley pac would be on his coward ass all night

no way duckweather would trade with pacman but pacman will force him into a fire fight

I have always thought that GBP(Schaefer) and Showtime are enablers that allow Floyd to cherry pick and avoid the Pacman fight.More about biz than what the boxing fans want.Floyd has positioned himself with Showtime contractually and with Pacman with HBO this fight will never take place unless Oscar takes over total control of GBP and fires Schaefers ass-and still Floyd will refuse.

Pacquiao has no contractual obligation with HBO.

completely false, paq doesnt have close to the power chino has but yes he has a much greater speed advantage.

what we have is people who are truly clueless to this sport. anyone who thinks diffferently between paq / floyd due to the chino fight are the most clueless "fans" of this sport.

the reason chino was such a tough WIN for floyd was strictly because of his awkwardness, power and size. you cant anticipate anything with chino because he throws such sloppy bombs all fight long.

paq has a little bit of skill and he uses those skills but he gets into a rhythm that floyd will pick up quick and time the **** out of him. some of you are showing how much you dont know about this sport.

IF paq had some of the same qualities chino has you could make a case, problem is paq does NOT have 1 quality that made chino so tough in him.

man some of you need a clue, i'm giving you free vowels and you still cant spell out a single noun

the only reason Maidana vs floyd was close was because Maidana was allowed to grab floyd a lot.

Pacquiao wouldn't be able to do that without paying some serious consequences.

Of course easily. He just beat a bigger stronger, dirtier fighter in Maidana. Pac has no power anymore. He got knocked out by grandpa Marquez.

    you idiot

    pac has much more power

shane mosley" he is the hardest hitter i faced"

you don't drop cotto 2 times like that if you dont have big power

you think maidana can drop mosley ?
    canelo couldn't even drop him

    maidana power is overrated

You didn't know Mayweather had a good beard? How long have you followed boxing? Secondly, Mayweather would beat the hell out of Pac on the ropes. Pac has no inside game, his best chance would be in the middle of the ring where he has a decided reach disadvantage. Pac could win but he wouldn't be the betting favorite.

Maidana and Pac fight nothing a like and Pac won't out weigh pbf by 20 pounds. Maidana is a harder fight for pbf physically than Pac would be. Pbf always beats any version of Pac. Styles make fights.

    Wrong.

First of all, Maidana throws wide, looping punches. I would say Pacquaio's sharper, shorter, faster punches have more impact on them than Maidana's.

In fact, I would say Cotto's punches had more impact on them than Maidana.

Did Cotto's awkwardness allow him to win rounds too? LOL.

You can't answer that one. Sounds more like an excuse.

The reason why Maidana had success is not his awkwardness. There was nothing awkward about him. He used jab feints and the right hook to the body.

Maybe for you, that's awkward, but for me, that's textbook aggressive fighting against a defensive boxer.

Now, Maidana's wide looping punches weren't awkward, they were just thrown poorly which diminished their impact.

Sure, some of them hit Mayweather in places he wasn't suspecting because of their wide angles, but at a diminished impact.

The key is getting Mayweather against the ropes.

Pacquaios' speed and feints will be the key to doing this and Mayweather will fall for it everytime.

Just like he did against De La Hoya, Cotto, and Maidana.

The difference is, Pacquaio doesn't need to smother Mayweather. He has the speed of foot and hand to deliver combos without having to use his body to smother Mayweather.

He would light Mayweather up and Mayweather won't have the balls to fight him in the center of the ring after he throws that right, puts his body into it, and Pacquaio meets him with left uppercut, after left uppercut.

YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND BOXING. Don't tell others they don't.

FLOYD TALKED that ****, time to make the fight.

Don't you think it's a little immature to call Mayweather "Duckweather"? Maybe you don't want to be taken seriously. If that's your goal, you are achieving it
