Maidan is a bigger puncher than pac, just look at their KO ratios at welterweight. However pac does have way more apeed bit doesnt have the weird angles from Maidana. Pacquiao would dominate him easily. Mayweather is too slow, too defensive and doesn't open up enough to outpoint Pacquiao.

you do know they have been the same size their whole careers right ? one started at 16 and one at 19. if floyd started at 16 he would have been in 106 also, therefor he would have had to jump a bunch of very low useless divisions from 16 to 19.
