I can justify anyone scoring it close either way or a draw.

 

For a guy that missed all night, floyd's face sure looked like it got ran over by semi truck.

Draw IMO, at best 7-5 mayweather. Floyd struggled with a B level fighter that almost died against 35 year old morales.

I had it real close upon first watch. I thought he was in danger of losing. But after i watched it out of the moment, just relaxed and scored it. I had it 8-4. It wasnt that close.

 

Mayweather is still one of my favorite fighters, I don't hate him I admire him. But I call it like I see it.

As far as dirty tactics go, they were both very dirty that night.

 

Floyd was re-actively dirty though. He rarely throws lowblows. I'll give you the forearm, thats one thing he does that is borderline dirty. But the knee, the lowblows, the headbutts, the tackle. Maidana was going overboard.

 

I didn't know Mayweather fought Madonna?

I just thought Floyd landed the cleaner, more telling shots. Even in the epilogue, Maidana didnt land too many scoring blows. Floyd landed flush at will after the 6th round.

I scored it a draw rewatching it last night, i'm a pretty neutral fan of the sport

i reward aggression and whoever is pushing for most of the round

floyd layed on those ropes more than he should and it cost him some rounds

 

8-4 pbf easy fight to score.
