What do you haters have to say now if this fight happens? #4 ranked in the world Geale (some how PQ is rated #3..) is an elite MW with a very solid resume.

Hope the fight does happen. Geale is a legit guy. Rather see Geale than Quillin TBH - Quillin has a WBO belt, but so what. Geale would make Quillin look like a Pez dispenser for 12 rounds. Hes a good boxer, only thing he really lacks is that KO power (vs world level guys)

Geale sucks. I think GGG is legit but there really is no one at 160.

Good fight. Geale is better than Cotto at this point, especially at Middleweight

He did not look all that good against Wood. He showed so many flaws. Amd against Barker we saw exactly how good he is technically.
I think Cotto could beat him. He just knocked out Rodriguez who is just as tall but not as good and some pounds lighter.

Geale is not elite. Him v GGG is a mismatch.

Getting GGG a fight is like trying to cure cancer. The establishment won't allow either to ever happen.

He dropped Barker, and that was an extremely close fight. Barker was an elite fighter, people just looking down on him now because his chronic hip problems caught up with him during Sturm match. Otherwise Barker lost to a healthy Martinez.. which doesnt exactly make him a can.

Geale looked fine vs Wood... beat the pulp out of him for several rounds and easily stopped him, not sure what you are talking about. He looked great vs Wood, it just doent mean much cause Wood isnt very good.

Good matchup, perhaps even better than Kirkland. GGG would easily KO Kirkland. We know Geale can take a punch and should give GGG a challenge.

This is true but neither is Peter Quillin and i think Geale will last longer against GGG.

Interesting that Geale is onto a GGG fight within literally HOURS of his fight with Macklin collapsing......maybe Im just a suspicious person but....

Macklin must feel bitter hearing this.

I agree Geale will last longer with GGG than Quillin.
But its more of a case of him being "not worse" than Peter being "better"!

Neither are great - but like you I reckon Geale is a little bit better, tougher, mentally stronger etc.
Gutted for Macklin though - I would pick him to beat Geale.

Geale is better than anyone GGG has been in the ring with up to this point.
