It really doesnt matter what most people think. What will go down in the history book is that Pac didnt take a blood test for the biggest fight of his career when we leave in the steriod Era but does so 4 years later for a fighter named Rios?? Thats in the histroy books.

Also in the histroy books will show that Mayweather actually picked up the phone and called Pacquiao and offered 40 million Dollars for a fight. Much people think that was a BS offer or a serious low blow but reports show that the most Pacquiao has ever made was 20-25 (and with tax problems that could even be questioned) Pacquiao didnt even make a counter offer, just handed over the phone.

It's also proven that when Cotto left Top rank he landed the fight right away. Pac has a chance to do that but most likely looks like he wont. Not a gurantee the fight happens if he does leave but history says it has a great chance too.

If you notice Patterns then you surly have noticed this right?????

"The fight that should be made is Mayweather and Shane Mosley, but Mayweather won't take that fight." - 10/7/09

"Cotto probably beats Mayweather. I think Manny probably beats Mayweather and I think Mosley beats Mayweather." - 10/7/09

"Money is secondary with him. He will not take a chance like a normal fighter." - 10/7/09

"He cares more about his legacy and being able to retire undefeated, so he could say that he never lost a fight." - 10/7/09

"It has to be March 13...because he is running for office, Manny can't fight on May 1st." - 12/04/09

"Schaefer sent me a new draft of the contract and he says to me that it has to be at the MGM Grand and nowhere else. Why?" - 12/10/09

"Doctors will tell you that blood-testing is not even sure anymore and urinalysis is the state-of-the-art testing for drugs." - 12/22/09

"Their [NSAC] drug testing is the best in the world and its an insult to them." - 12/22/09

"Who is this ignorant, illiterate kid demanding this. Who is he? This has never ever happened in professional boxing." - 12/22/09

"[Mayweather] had no intention of coming in at 147." - 12/22/09

"If they do not agree to this, then that's the end for Mayweather as far as Pacquiao is concerned. Then Mayweather will never, never fight Manny." - 12/26/09

"If they go to the commission and they ask for blood tests and the commission says yes, we will do whatever the commission says." - 12/27/09

"Blood testing we think is unnecessary, but fine, we'll do it. But let the commission set the parameters." - 12/27/09

"It's a very good point to point out that Manny was tested so close to the [Hatton] fight...What will Manny do? I assume he will listen to me, but I can't promise anything." - 12/30/09

"They made the 14 day offer and Todd sent a text message to (Pacquiao's agent) Michael Koncz in the Philippines. Five minutes later, Koncz replied and said Manny rejected that." - 01/08/10

"The fight can be made later but Mayweather should go out a get a real, professional promoter. He should get someone like Don King." - 01/08/10

Just a few excuses from the person Manny says "Makes his fights" :deal:deal

i have no doubt that arum didnt want the fight, that doesnt mean i cant tell who else doesnt want the fight.
ive made a lot of money reading people, and i can tell you that floyd and arum are born liars.... not that it takes much skill to see that.

    I'll help you bandeedo.

Article clearly stating what Floyd agreed to, and what Pac walked away from, when the fight was at its biggest in 2010.

    http://sports.yahoo.com/news/boxing--floyd-mayweather-and-manny-pacquiao-nearly-agreed-to-a-2010-fight.html

Excerpt from old ESPN article about him undergoing successful surgery
"After Mayweather's successful shoulder surgery, Castillo re-matched with Mayweather. Mayweather used his quick footwork, combinations and his jab specialty to coast to another unanimous decision victory, this time with all analysts in agreement, including Harold Lederman. The smaller Mayweather was again outweighed by Castillo on the night of the fight, as Castillo weighed 147 and Mayweather weighed 138"

Margarito is a confirmed cheater, and Im glad they never fought.

I never recall him saying he wanted the winner of P-Dubb-Martinez though. I could be wrong.

its no secret that the negotiations fell through because floyd asked manny to take a test he was never scared enough to ask from someone else, after he had dragged his name through the mud with false accusations. manny told him to **** himself, as he should have.
how bout a link to the article you posted from.

I went and entered the text in my search engine to see where it came from when you never bothered to respond. espn, yeah right, lol. you are such a tool to try and pass that **** off as a major news article. thats the kind of underhanded crap ive come to expect from the floyd camp... now i see why youre such a fan.

Floyd is terrified of Pac. :yep

Pac has more advantages against Floyd than vice-versa, and that's tough for Floyd to swallow. :p

Pac is faster, moves better, and has more power. Floyd is screwed.:deal

Can't happen, Mayweather stating in his new interview that he won't be pleased fighting Pacquiao.

    May, 2014.

    FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR:

    - ''If the fight did happen with Pacquiao, I wouldn't be pleased with it''

    - ''Manny Pacquiao does not make the PPV numbers like me''
