    Same to you mate!

I'm a Groves fan & would be gutted if he lost as I don't like Froch but I respect him as a fighter as he's one tough ******* & there's no other super middleweight on the planet who could've got up from that first round knockdown & go on to get the win!

May the best man win without any controversy this time but I'll be more gutted if Frochs ****** brother & his mate Beardo the weirdo don't get chinned at the fight! :happy:happy:happy

Apparently Glenn McCrory is going to confront Lee at the weigh-in, concerning his comments after Glenn said SGG will win the rematch, Karl Beard is the ultimate boxing groupie, i hope Weirdo Beardo gets it as well, it will be a nice hat-trick to go with the demolition of Carl.

I would be hugely suprised if Groves can box clever for a full twelve rounds and avoid getting dragged into a war.

Round 1-4 we will see Groves out box Froch with his movement, i think he will be aiming to work behind the jab and slips the big shots that Froch will be no doubt be throwing but it will be a matter of time before he gets caught.

Groves shouldn't be aiming to knock Froch out because he reminds me very much like Bika when he goes all out , to me if he misses the big over hand rights this time, of which Froch will be aware, Froch could well turn on him due to the misses and work to the body and have George against the ropes.

This is were Groves age and maturity will cost him once again because of the event and crowd he will want to get involved with Froch and if they are going toe 2 toe there will, in my opinion only be one winner.

The only real damaging shot Groves has to successfully get Froch out of there is the overhand right and Froch will be far to aware of this and would have worked on avoidance to this. Groves simply has to box and run/avoid to successfully win on points, any type of toe 2 toe macho man **** will see the same result as last time, all in my opinion of course.

edit - and i wouldnt call Beard a groupie, he is more a Jason Orange type!

    OP is spot on.

Froch hasn't got the ability to adapt.

This fight is solely dependent on Groves not making the same sort of mistakes as he did last time.

Everyone picking Froch seems to be relying on Groves fading down the stretch, or claiming his 'toughness' will get him through the day. Noone is silly enough to suggest he will outbox Groves, because he can't. Froch has to win this fight by stoppage, he cant win on the cards.

Groves is superior in nearly every department, speed, defense, power, strength, footwork, Froch will be outclassed AGAIN, and will probably be losing every round before he gets frustrated around the 7th or 8th and gets hit with a similar shot that put him down in the first fight. This time he wont be getting back up though

If Groves boxes off the back foot, he will win this fight, but I just know this will end up in a war and I don't believe Groves has the heart or the chin to beat Froch in a war

Despite Groves' bravado in the first fight, he is smart enough to realise that he brought the controvosy on himself to a degree by starting to swing with Froch.

Booth in the corner would have given him a rocket in the 6th and he would have boxed of the back foot to a points win or he would have walked a desperate Froch on to a shot.

Paddy will probably have more confidence in the corner as well.

I can't see Groves beaing as reckless this time.

Froch is going to have to force the fight at some stage because as has been mentioned he can't out box George.

And it is my opinion that when he does force it he will walk onto a shot.

This could be in the 1st round or it could be in the last.

I would be very supprised to see Groves swinging with him.

it's amazing how many of you are still in denial about the 1st fight. gg didn't choose to go toe-to-toe, he gassed. he's as good as admitted it. froch doesn't need to outbox him, just keep him working and keep up the body attack.

    This place gets worse.

Of course he will, he'll chin him in front of the camera's and show everybody how hard he is, and how much of a wanker Lee is. :patsch

The only people deluding themselves about the first fight are the fanboys who thought Froch 'won' legitimately and doesn't need to do anything to adapt in the rematch. Groves was fine - he'd schooled Froch for the vast majority of the fight, and easily had enough left in the tank to go on and win.

Watching the first fight it's very hard to envisage anything but a Groves W this time around

Groves clearly chose to fight that way. He was aggressive from the start.
